We’ll begin by exploring where you are now: the context you’re navigating, the friction you’re feeling, and the patterns you’re ready to shift. You’ll have space to reflect aloud, name your priorities, and speak honestly about what’s working—and what’s not.

Together, we’ll clarify your values and vision, uncover hidden influences shaping your choices, and identify 1–3 areas with the highest potential for traction. You’ll leave with a custom summary of key insights and recommended next steps—delivered after the session for your review and reflection.

This session is designed to leave you with a sharper perspective, strategic insight, and a renewed sense of agency.

• Complete the Client Onboarding Form
• Download and review the Coaching Agreement and Data Usage Policy
• Ensure you have a free Zoom account (you can create one at zoom.us)
• Please confirm your Zoom access, camera, and microphone are all working before the session.
