Why I Launched Hyper Refinery™

I never set out to build a coaching company.

For most of my life, I was fully committed to my work in supply chain and procurement — a field where strategy, precision, and integrity aren’t optional; they are survival. I loved it. I was excellent at it. And I believed my purpose was to help organizations create stability, opportunity, and prosperity for the people who depended on them.

But life has a way of making sure you hear what you’re meant to hear.

Someone I respected asked me to consider becoming an ADHD coach.
I dismissed it immediately.
Then she asked again.
Then again.

This is something I’ve learned about my life: the things I'm meant to act on will keep returning until I listen.

At the same time, I was navigating the late revelation of my own ADHD.
It explained the friction I’d felt for decades — the pattern of working harder than anyone else yet feeling I was always pushing uphill through an invisible force no one else acknowledged. It wasn’t for lack of intelligence, drive, or commitment. It was something deeper.

And that “something deeper” had a name, a narrative, and a stigma attached to it.

A narrative I could not accept.

The world sees ADHD as laziness, inconsistency, or a lack of discipline.
But what I saw — in myself and in others — was brilliance, speed, creativity, perceived chaos masking extraordinary cognitive architecture, and an operating system that simply needed a different kind of support.

I realized the coaching field wasn’t equipped to address this.
Not because coaches didn’t care, but because the narrative they were trained in was incomplete. Shallow.
It didn’t explain the real system underneath.

I knew then that my work, my life, my leadership — all of it — had been preparing me for something bigger.

Hyper Refinery™ was born the moment I decided to stop ignoring the calling and commit to the mission:
